Computer Diagnostics needs to be accurate. You cannot have a technician looking at your computer saying it might be this or it might be that. This gets expensive to the customer very quickly. We pinpoint the problem without cost to the customer.
When you know what the problem is and the value of your computer then you can make a decision is the computer worth the repair. We help you with this decision. I have told customers in the past that their computer was not worth the repair. This decision causes us the lose the job on the repair but we sleep better at night knowing that we made the right decision and the customer will be back because of the honest decision we made.
Our computer diagnostics are free if you have us do the repair but if you decide to take it somewhere else or choose not to repair we have to charge a $40.00 diagnostic fee. I wish we could do it for free but we do have to run a business.
