When you call for computer help
it is important to find a technician that will be there for you. When
your computer is not responding the way it should and you can no longer
get the stuff done you need to, the last thing you want to do is wait
two or three weeks for your computer to get fixed.
We like treating you as a human not a number, we answer the phone not have you press a whole bunch of numbers so by the time you get to an operator a person forgets why they called. We have top notch computer support, we listen to what the problem is and run through different things that may be causing the problem. Our phone support is available 6 days a week Mon-Sat. It is difficult to give an exact solution over the phone unless the symptoms are explained in enough detail that we can isolate the problem to only one option. This is not very common as some computer problems need to have tools to diagnose it properly. We are able to run some tools over the internet to help diagnose some issues.
For example if you have a virus on your computer and would like it removed. We can do that but what if your hard drive was on its way out? It would not be worth removing the virus to have your hard drive die the next week. It would be better for us to remove and replace your hard drive, re-install Windows, then put your data and programs back on. This would be a better solution because you have two issues not just one.
